JET and NARTPC are committed to providing the Jonesboro community with the best transit experience possible. Over the past year, we have worked with staff, key stakeholders, and the public to develop a 10-year Transit Development Plan that will serve as the guiding document to help JET improve and expand service for the community. We are pleased to announce that the final plan is complete and available in the links below. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the development of this plan. JET Fare Policy

  • All fares are based on the price of a one-way trip.
  • All JET passengers must have a destination which they provide to the driver.
  • Paying the fare entitles the passenger to:
    • Ride one loop on that route
    • Transfer to another JET Fixed Route bus for passage to his/her destination.
  • A passenger wishing to remain on the bus past the stop where they originally boarded must pay an additional one-way fare.
  • If a passenger qualifies for a discounted fare (Senior Adult, ADA Disability, or Student), they must request the special fare and present appropriate documentation when boarding.
  • All fares should be paid with correct change or a pre-paid JET pass. JET drivers can only present a "change card" for credit if over-payment occurs, regardless of how large the bill is that is presented for payment.

*Youth Summer Passes (for ages 6 to 18) are also available for $10. These passes are only valid during our summer fare promotional period, between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

**Must show Medicare Card.**

Passes can be purchased at the Collections Office located in the Municipal Center at 300 S Church Street.

Red Wolf Express Poster (Real Estate Flyer)

Hop on board the Red Wolves Express for every home football  game at Arkansas State University! 
Two pick-up locations:
DOWNTOWN - Cate & Church Streets (free city parking lot) and
A-STATE - Near The Yard on campus (free campus parking lot)
Pick-up times begin two hours before game time
Return trips begin following halftime and end 15 minutes after the end of the game
**Please note, return trips go to the downtown stop first**

  • Drop off and pick up at the Stadium entrance, Gate W-3
SEASON PASSES = $10 
*Season passes are $5 for City of Jonesboro employees, students under 18, seniors, disabled citizens, and veterans.
*A-State students & employees, as well as children under 6 are free.
REGULAR FARES
Adults, $1.25 /each way ($2.50 round-trip), $.60 for students under 18, seniors, disabled passengers.
A-State students & employees, as well as children under 6 are free.
Purchase individual round-trip tickets and passes in advance at Jonesboro Municipal Building, City Collector’s office, 300 South Church Street. You may also purchase before loading onto the trolleybus.
