The 2026 CDBG Request For Proposal (RFP) applications are currently being accepted. The deadline is March 6th, 2026 at 4:00 PM.

Public Services
Funding eligibility is as follow, including but not limited to:
- Must be a not-for-profit organization IRS 501 (c)(3)
- Organization must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM)
- Must serve an absolute verifiable minimum of 51% Low Income
- Must be a NEW non-duplicated service or quantifiable increase in the level of service

The application includes detailed information to complete the proposal; however, a training session will be held for those who need assistance on February 12, at 9:00 am in the first-floor conference room of the municipal building. NOTE: The CDBG Citizen Advisory Committee will review and score each proposal submitted. Incomplete proposals will be eliminated without exceptions.
