A PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN APPEAL OF THE DENIAL OF A REZONING REQUEST FOR 5415 SOUTHWEST DRIVE, JONESBORO, AR HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR TUESDAY, MAY 21, 2024 AT 4:30 P.M.
The Metropolitan Area Planning Commission (MAPC) denied the approval of the rezoning request for 0.36 acres located at 5415 Southwest Drive. The petitioner, Jeremy Moore, has requested a Public Hearing for an appeal of the MAPC decision.
The appeal of the decision of the MAPC regarding Jeremy Moore’s rezoning request for 5415 Southwest Drive will be heard before the City Council on Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. at the Municipal Center, 300 S Church Street, Jonesboro, AR.
