A reception was held this afternoon for the retirement of Alfred Thomas (right) of the Sanitation Department after 21 years of service to the city. Sanitation Director Patrick Courtois (left) said that Alfred was one of the first people to greet and welcome him to the job when he took it over a year ago, and that he was always there to do a great job each day.
We would like to thank Alfred for his dedication through the years and wish him a happy retirement!
