You are hereby notified that the City Council for the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas, has set an appeal hearing for Options, Inc. regarding the decision of the Metropolitan Area Planning Commission to deny a rezoning request from R-2, Multi-Family Low Density District to C-2, LUO, Downtown Fringe Commercial District Limited Use Overlay at 314 E. Nettleton Avenue.
You are hereby notified that the public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at the Municipal Center, 300 South Church, Jonesboro, Arkansas.
The public and all interested parties are hereby notified to attend.
