Proclamations are ceremonial documents signed by the Mayor to raise awareness, honor achievements, or mark special occasions. Please complete this form in its entirety to be considered for a proclamation. Requests should be submitted to the Communications Department at least 3–4 weeks in advance of the desired date to allow time for review, drafting, and scheduling. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. All requests will be reviewed by the Communications Department and the Mayor’s Office. Proclamations are issued at the City’s sole discretion and may be edited for length, clarity, or alignment with City standards and priorities.
